Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS (where applicable) with your tracking details.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden shipping charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

You can use the tracking link to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Courier partner delays
  • High order volumes during sales or festive seasons
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email address are accurate while placing your order.

EOD will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, our support team will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

At present, EOD ships only within India.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
